Your Ballwin Dentist
Dr. Tyler Carron
Dr. Carron is passionate about providing the best care for his patients in a gentle and compassionate manner. He has invested in significant continuous education so that he can provide a wide variety of treatment options to his patients using new technology and innovation.
Dr. Carron is a St. Louis native and graduated from St. Louis University High before receiving his bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Missouri (Mizzou). He went on to receive his doctorate from the UMKC School of Dentistry. He and his wife returned home in 2019 and he has been serving St. Louis smiles since.
Dr. Carron lives in Manchester with his wife (Julianne) and their children (Jayne, Isabella, and Gianni). Outside of the office, Dr. Carron enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with his family. He was inspired to become a dentist at the age of 6 by his grandfather, who was a dentist in Perryville, MO. Passion for dentistry runs in the family as Dr. Carron also has an uncle and two cousins who are dentists.
Dr. Carron is committed to giving back to the community using his dental talents by providing care through the Dental Lifeline Network, Give Kids a Smile, and the Global Brigades program in Honduras. Dr. Carron also volunteers with the St. Louis Archdiocese dental van.

Lauren
Hygienist
Lauren graduated from Missouri College in 2010 and has been with Stanford Dental for over 20 years. As a dental hygienist, she tries to always put a smile on your face.
She enjoys working with our Manchester dental team and patients because of the family-like atmosphere between everyone. To Lauren, her patients are like family and family is everything. She is extremely passionate about guiding her patients to be the healthiest versions of themselves, and she wants to be there every step of the way.
Lauren has 3 beautiful children! In her spare time, Lauren enjoys baking, camping, kayaking, and spending time with her family.

Renee
Hygienist
Renee has been a dental hygienist at Carron Family Dental since February 2020 and she loves the people she works with and the patients she’s meeting!
Renee graduated from Lewis and Clark Community College and strives to stay up to date on the latest dental technology through continuing education courses; with these courses, she is better able to treat and educate her patients about good oral health.
Renee and her husband, Jake, are originally from Waterloo, IL and they have a 1-year old son named Mason and their second child on the way. In her free time, she enjoys being with her family, hiking with their dog, Lou, and spending time on her family’s farm.

Erin
Office Manager
Erin joined our office in January of 2021. She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 25 years and they have a 22 year old son and 20 year old daughter. She also has a feisty Chihuahua-ShihTzu named Roxie. Some of Erin’s hobbies include playing volleyball and singing Karaoke! She loves her family time as well and crafting at home making shirts with her Cricut Machine.

Jen
Dental Assistant
Jen has known since high school that she wanted to go into dentistry. When she attended Oakville High School, she worked at a pediatric dental practice. She has been a dental assistant for over 25 years. She became a Certified Dental Assistant in 1999 and an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant in 2001, which is the highest level of formal education that a dental assistant can attain and allows her to take a larger part in creating beautiful smiles for our patients!
Jen can honestly say “I LOVE MY JOB!”
She enjoys all the smiles she meets everyday and the variety of expanded function duties that she is able to perform. Her favorite moments are when she encounters a new patient who is fearful of dental offices, but by the time they leave our office their fear has subsided and they have a great big smile on their face.
Jen enjoys going to Give Kids a Smile twice a year. She loves being able to help the children who otherwise would not have access to dental care. She has been to Honduras three times to help children and adults obtain the dental care that they so desperately need.
Heather
Hygienist
Heather graduated from John A. Logan College in 2011 with her RDH. She enjoys empowering her patients in improving their oral health and learning about new and novel dental treatments for patients. She has been married to her husband Michael for five years and they have two wonderful sons, Finn and Liam, in addition to their fur baby, their dog Blue.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, camping, riding in their jeep, and spending time with family.

Robin
Patient Care Coordinator
Meet the newest face at Dr. Carron’s Office! Robin will be the smiling face that greets you at the front desk with Erin when you come into our office. Robin is our new patient and insurance coordinator. She comes to us with many years of experience in the dental field both as a chair-side assistant and at the front desk. She has a true deep passion for helping people both at the office and outside the office. She is eager to meet all of the new faces at Dr. Carron’s office. In Robin’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has four grandchildren that keep her on the go. She also enjoys cooking, reading, gardening, and traveling.

How We Give Back
Dr. Carron participates in the Dental Lifeline Network, which provides comprehensive dental treatment at no cost to select medically compromised patients who are veterans, disabled, or elderly and cannot afford to pay for dental treatment. Since 2020, Dr. Carron has delivered over $20,000 worth of dental services to in-need patients through the Dental Lifeline Network. We are honored to be a part of this initiative and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in our community, one smile at a time.
